"How you do anything on the mat, is how you do everything off the mat," is how I close every class. The lessons we learn in yoga about balance, effort, ease, and vigor can help us both on the mat and off the mat. Yoga is beyond just a physical practice to get a good workout. It is the practice to link body and mind. To move through this world with a state of presence and mindfulness in every action and thought.
