Monthly Quality review meeting at GMHT

Meeting today our focus was on:
– incorporate not only managers but one person from shop floor for each meeting. Lab inspector joined us today
– refine what GMHT “values” as their KPIs (key process indicators)
– teamwork is leadership in action. Being the example instead of just talking about what should be done
