One of the cool things about being a process engineer at a heat treating company that has tremendous credibility in processing parts, is the interaction with customers that demand the highest quality of properties. Today working with members of our government, brought back a reminder to me something I sometimes forget… that actual people represent our government. That even though what I see on the tv might seem distant to me, they are actual people at the end of the day.
