It’s hard to believe that my first ever “formal” psychology course for grad school is finishing up this week. Being a part time student and “working” 40 hours a week as a process engineer, along with “playing” in other aspects of my life, has been a quick awakening as to how to properly manage my time. Because typically in the past I was a full time student. Things I’ve taken away from transitioning to becoming a student again.
1) get a good night rest
2) make sure I balance “doing nothing” in my day
3) learn APA style of formatting
Things I’m excited for as they progress:
1) the opportunity to reverse engineer my book
2) learning about the field of positive psychology
3) being intellectually challenged
